Nam Long successfully introduces AK NEO tower, recording revenue of 600 billion Dong

HO CHI MINH CITY, September 24, 2023 - On the morning of September 24th, Nam Long Group (HoSE: NLG) officially introduced the condominiums at AK NEO Tower - the final tower of the Akari City Phase 2 project. The event attracted approximately 500 attendees, with estimated pre-sales revenue reaching 600 billion dong.

Akari City is Nam Long's fifth partnership with two Japanese partners, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad, who have over a century of experience. The project is situated on Vo Van Kiet Boulevard, a major thoroughfare that is approximately a 20-minute drive from District 1's city center. The location provides easy access to neighboring districts via existing transportation routes.

The project spans a total area of 8.5 hectares and is being developed in three phases, offering around 5,000 standalone apartments (Flora Condominiums) to the market. Phase 1 of Akari City has already been completed and has welcomed almost 2,000 families to their new homes. Akari City Phase 2 is currently under construction and has reached up to the 24th floor, adhering to the overall plan.
