Akari City phase 2’s topping out remains on schedule

On November 21, Nam Long, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad investors performed the topping-out ceremony of Akari City phase 2, marking the completion of the structure of the entire project as planned.

The construction of the 4 towers, AK 7, 8, 9, and AK NEO with 30 floors high and 1,690 apartments began in June 2022 and has been topped off after more than 4 million hours of safe labor. The next phase is to complete the inside of the apartment and internal amenities to hand over as committed to customers in the expected Q4/2024.

Furthermore, there is a grace period of 24 months. The investor also provides support with an interest rate of 7% per year for two consecutive years. Recently, dozens of Akari City apartment units were successfully traded in just one weekend morning.
