Nam Long (HOSE:NLG) standing in the top 50 companies in Vietnam 2023

In 2022, Nam Long achieved stable growth amidst a challenging real estate market. With appropriate product restructuring and business policies, the company continued to be recognized as one of the Top 50 companies in Vietnam for the 7th consecutive year in 2023.

The "Top 50 Companies in Vietnam" is a prestigious ranking published annually by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine in collaboration with Thien Viet Securities Company. The ranking is consulted by leading economic and business experts from Harvard Business School to identify and honor efficient businesses in the Vietnamese stock market.

The Top 50 ranking is based on three consecutive years of business performance, focusing on three growth indicators: revenue, return on equity (ROE), and earnings per share. The evaluation aims to objectively assess the management capabilities of enterprises.

In 2022, despite market difficulties and challenges, Nam Long achieved record-breaking sales revenue of VND 10,000 billion, the highest figure to date. The company's total revenue for the year reached nearly VND 4,339 billion, with a gross profit of over VND 1,984 billion, a 12% increase compared to 2021.

In the ever-changing real estate market of 2023, Nam Long is focusing on introducing products that meet the market's actual needs. In the next six months of 2023, Nam Long plans to introduce 1,600 affordable social housing units and EHomeS affordable commercial housing in Can Tho, priced at around VND 600 million per unit. They will also introduce 580 "affordable" apartments at EHome Southgate (a new combined residential-commercial area in Southgate Township, Long An) starting from VND 1 billion per unit. Additionally, they will continue with the next phases of their independent apartment projects, Flora, in Mizuki Park (Binh Chanh) and Akari City (Binh Tan), Ho Chi Minh City, with prices around VND 3 billion per unit.

Apart from introducing new products, Nam Long will also focus on timely project deliveries, such as The Mizuki villa compound and EHomeS Nam Sai Gon apartment complex.
