In response to the 4th wave of COVID-19 pandemic in Vietnam, Nam Long Real Estate Group (HOSE:NLG) launched "Nam Long contributing to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021" program with a total budget of VND 12 billion, raised from the Company’s management and staff. The program's activities involve contributing to Government’s Covid-19 vaccination fund, donating protective gears and medical equipments to frontline hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City and Bac Giang, helping with testing, preventing the spread and treatment of infected patients. At the same time, the program also organises a number of activities to build awareness about protecting, improving the physical and mental health of the residents in Nam Long’s townships in particular and the community in general.
Tran Xuan Ngoc - General Director of Nam Long Group shared that the COVID-19 pandemic has been causing difficulties and losses for the whole country, affecting people's lives differently. As a corporate that always prioritizes social responsibility and sustainable development, Nam Long Group has recently re-activated "Nam Long contributing to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021" program, joined by the Group’s employees to join hands with the government, health institutes and the community in preventing, controlling and recovering during the pandemic. The program is aligned with Nam Long’s mission of building a valuable living environment for the community.
Nam Long's representative also expressed sincerest and deepest thanks to the authorities, doctors, health workers, soldiers and volunteers who are the frontline and have devoted themselves to protect the community in the pandemic despite hardships, being separated from their families.
The program "Nam Long contributing to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021" was initiated by Nguyen Xuan Quang - Nam Long's Chairman from the first outbreak in 2020 with many meaningful activities to support the border security force and health workers in the battle against the pandemic, and low-income workers, for example installing rice ATMs after the first outbreak, etc.

Nam Long Group quickly donated 5,000 protective gears, 15,000 gloves, ventilators and energy drinks to health workers at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Children hospital 2, Gia Dinh hospital, Covid-19 field hospital in Can Gio and Cu Chi.
Nam Long’s subsidiaries also support the community at previous projects even though management was transferred to the residents.
Nam Long launched Children month with many online activities to inspire Vietnamese families to live for the community and share optimistic and positive energy.
NLG are carried out other activities to promptly support the community.
