Nam Long (Hose: NLG) buyouts more equity interest from Keppel Land in Dong Nai Waterfront City

On 30.11.2020 Nam Long Investment Corporation signed an in-principle with Portsville Pte. Ltd. – a wholly-owned subsdiary of Keppel Corporation Limited – Singapore to increase its ownership stake in  Dong Nai Waterfront City Ltd.

Dong Nai Waterfront City is located in Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province - the most dynamically developed economic region of the province. Within a radius of only about 5km, from the project it is easily accessible to arterial traffic routes connecting inter-regions such as Highway 51, National Highway 1A, Hanoi Highway, My Phuoc Avenue - Tan Van - Nhon Trach, high Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, Metro Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien - Bien Hoa, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway, Long Thanh International Airport ... This area is also concentrated in a series of large industrial zones such as Bien Hoa. 1 and 2, Amata, Long Binh, Tam Phuoc, Long Thanh… with tens of thousands of experts and workers working and living.
