Can Tho to sell 1,000 EHomes social housing units at VND 15,8m/m2

The Can Tho City Construction Department has announced upcoming buying registration for 1,000 social housing units at the Nam Long Central Lake project. 

On September 6, 2023, Mai Nhu Toan, Director of the Can Tho City Construction Department, signed Document No. 2772 TB-SXD to publish information about the Nam Long Central Lake social housing apartment project located in Hung Thanh, District Cai Rang, Can Tho City. The project is developed by Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company - Can Tho Branch.

According to the announcement, people who are interested in buying social housing units at this project can contact Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company - Can Tho Branch at A2-01 Vu Dinh Lieu Street, P.Hung Thanh, Q.Cai Rang to submit their application. The deadline for application submission is December 31, 2023.

The EHomeS Can Tho social housing project is located within the Nam Long Central Lake township, covering an area of more than 3.8 hectares with 12 buildings, a maximum of 9 floors and 1,602 apartments (ranging from 38-60 m²). Of these, 320 are for commercial sale, 962 are for social housing sale, and 320 are for rent or rent-to-own. Currently, the developer is constructing six apartment blocks.

According to the developer's announcement, the expected average selling price of social housing units is VND 15.8 million/m², while the rental price is VND 70,000/m²/month. Meanwhile, the selling price of commercial apartments ranges from VND 18-22 million/m².

To deliver the right product to customers in need of housing, Nam Long will follow the rules and criteria for approving the eligible buyers, renters, and rent-to-own buyers of social housing according to regulations. The developer will only accept home buying applications from residents at the location mentioned above.
