Senior Assistant to BODs Office

Location: Ho Chi Minh city

Main responsibilities:

1. Assistant to Chairman of The Board

  • Effectively prepare and manage working schedule of the Chairman (weekly);
  • Participate in important periodical meetings with the Chairman (regarding growth strategy, finance, investment, fund raising...);
  • Prepare, summarize documents, reports, presentations… to support Chairman’s PR work related to Associations, Institutions, State Agencies;
  • Participate in promotional and PR activities, industry-related seminars;
  • Professionally assist the Chairman in reception and external affairs;
  • Summarize correspondences, documents, emails sent to the Chairman and prepare appropriate responses;
  • Do translation and interpretation work when required.

2. Related to The Board’ Sub-Committees

  • Support the Chief of BODs Office to effectively coordinate the activities of the Investment Committee; 
  • Study market research & market trend documents… as well as evaluation reports & market analysis of the local and international markets and developing new industries & new business opportunities;
  • Do quality check of the documents/proposals submitted to the Sub-Committees to ensure compliance with the Company's Charter, Internal Regulations on Corporate Governance and other relevant regulations of the Company;
  • Proceed to get the Sub-Committees’ approval by written voting when required;

3. Related to BODs Office

  • Support the Chief of BODs Office to effectively coordinate the activities of the Investment Committee; 
  • Proceed to get the BODs’ approval by written voting when required;
  • Do quality check of the documents/proposals submitted to the Sub-Committees to ensure compliance with the Company's Charter, Internal Regulations on Corporate Governance and other relevant regulations of the Company;
  • Support the Chief of BODs Office to monitor and report on the Board of Management’s implementation on resolutions/decisions/memos of the General Shareholders’ Meeting/the BODs/BODs Office;
  • Carry out summarizing, reporting on the work of the Executive Directors of the Board according to the work assignment and annual working plan of the Executive Directors; and support in assessing performance of the Executive Directors.

4. Other Administrative Work

  • Support to organize periodic and extraordinary meetings of the AGM, BODs, Executive Directors, the Sub-Committees & BODs Office. Prepare meeting agenda, attend meetings & draft meeting minutes as requested by the Chief of BODs Office;
  • Prepare documents/memos/reports, synthesizing &  documents as per guidance & instruction of the Chief of BODs Office;
  • Record, filing all documents related to the work in-charge;
  • Other administrative work as requested by the Chairman/Vice Chairman/Chief of BODs Office

Qualification and Experience:

1. Qualification:

  • Graduated from University of Business Administration / Commerce / Finance or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree or post graduate);
  • Oversea graduate is preferred

2. Working Experience:

  • Have at least 04 years of experience in the position of Assistant or Secretary to Chairman/ CEO/ top management level in big corporations/ listed companies;
  • Have experience and knowledge in real estate industry/finance/investment is a plus.
