Mizuki Park is the fourth project jointly developed by Nam Long and its two experienced Japanese partners, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad, both with over 100 years of history. It follows Fuji Residence, Kikyo Residence, and Flora Anh Dao. This project also signifies the deepening collaboration of the Vietnam-Japan joint venture, evolving from previous projects involving a few apartment blocks or apartment-villa complexes to a full-fledged integrated township.

Mizuki Park is a pioneering project designed as a "Modern Township" integrated urban area, built upon four core foundations: synchronized infrastructure connectivity; comprehensive planning with destination programs; application of advanced technology; and smart operational management. This aims to fully meet the five essential needs of life: living, learning, working, entertaining, and shopping. Recently, numerous F&B brands, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants, such as Kingfoodmart, Trung Nguyen, Pharmacity, and Winmart, have established a presence within the township, catering to the daily needs of over 3,600 families and residents in the surrounding area.
In Japanese, "Mizu" means water and "Ki" means wood. Mizuki Park is planned around these natural elements, with water features and green corridors encompassing the area. It preserves the rich natural value of local flora and rivers, creating an ecological township rich in identity, perfectly blending natural landscapes with modern amenities, and combining Japanese essence with Vietnam's environment, people, and culture.
