Flora Mizuki is a high-rise apartment complex located within the Mizuki Park urban area. The project boasts a convenient location, offering easy connectivity to Phu My Hung, the Soai Rap River, and the center of Ho Chi Minh City. It comprises 10 blocks, and Flora Mizuki's design optimizes views, with all bedrooms and living rooms featuring direct outward views through large windows. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, BBQ area, gym, yoga studio, children's play area, and co-working space.
Mizuki Park is the fourth project jointly developed by Nam Long and two Japanese partners with over 100 years of experience, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad, following Fuji Residence, Kikyo Residence, and Flora Anh Dao. This project also demonstrates the deep collaboration between the Vietnamese-Japanese joint venture, evolving from previous projects encompassing a few apartment blocks or mixed-use apartment-villa complexes to a fully integrated urban area. Mizuki Park is a pioneering project designed as a "Modern Township" integrated urban area, built on four foundations: synchronized connecting infrastructure; comprehensive planning with destination programs; advanced technology application; and smart operation management. These pillars aim to fully meet the five essential needs of life: living, studying, working, entertaining, and shopping. Recently, many F&B brands, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants, such as Kingfoodmart, Trung Nguyen, Pharmacity, and Winmart, have also established a presence within the urban area, catering to the daily needs of over 3,600 families and residents in the surrounding area.
