Ho Chi Minh City, October 20, 2023 - Nam Long Apartment Development Company Limited (Nam Long ADC), a subsidiary of Nam Long Group, in collaboration with Japanese partner Nishi Nippon Railroad, officially announced the commencement of construction for the "Background" apartment project, known as EHome Southgate Phase 3.

Investor Nam Long and Japanese partner officially started construction of EHome Southgate phase 3

EHome Southgate is a comprehensive development spanning 4.5 hectares, consisting of 7 apartment blocks divided into 3 phases. With the successful handover of over 700 units in phases 1 and 2, EHome Southgate has already become home to numerous families. Phase 3 will feature blocks A1, A2, and B1, comprising a total of 580 apartments that are expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2025.

Situated in the Southgate subdivision, which serves as the gateway to the sprawling 355-hectare Waterpoint township, EHome Southgate offers convenient access to Ho Chi Minh City via the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong highway. The development also benefits from excellent connectivity to the city's infrastructure along the Waterpoint river. Residents of EHome Southgate not only enjoy a wide range of on-site amenities but also benefit from a meticulously planned, all-inclusive utility ecosystem.

Catering to customers with an average monthly income of VND 15 million, EHome Southgate offers affordable prices starting from only VND 1 billion for a 50-square-meter apartment. The project also provides flexible payment policies and comprehensive financial solutions to facilitate easy ownership and payment for buyers. Customers are only required to pay 30% of the total price in installments until receiving the keys to their new homes. Leading banks such as Vietcombank, Vietinbank, and BIDV offer loans up to 65% of the property value, with priority given to EHome Southgate buyers in loan approval procedures and preferential interest rates.

Since its initial launch in 2008, Nam Long has successfully delivered over 5,000 EHome apartments in Ho Chi Minh City and its surrounding areas, including Binh Duong and Long An. The EHome product line is designed based on extensive research and insights from countries such as Singapore, Thailand, and the Netherlands, adapting them to suit the specific needs and conditions of Vietnam's real estate market. The product line focuses on three key criteria: environmental sustainability (Ecology), economic efficiency (Economy), and usability (Efficiency).

Nam Long remains committed to expanding its land bank and developing more affordable housing products, while also implementing initiatives aimed at supporting homebuyers. The group is currently spearheading the "Together make housing affordable again" campaign, which involves practical solutions and collaboration with partners across the real estate development chain, including design firms, construction companies, banks, and trading platforms. These efforts aim to bring real estate to its true value, meet the genuine needs of homebuyers, and align with the national housing development strategy.
