Nam Long introduced practical solutions to assist homebuyers, encouraging to "together make housing affordable again"

HCMC, October 24, 2023 - Nam Long (HOSE: NLG) has announced a series of practical solutions, aiming to make houses easily accessible and provide settlement opportunities to the majority of people, particularly households with genuine housing needs. In Q4/2023, Nam Long Land has successfully applied a solution that brings diverse segments and types of housing supply to the market. For example, the EHome Southgate and EHomeS Central Lake apartments are priced from VND 600 million/unit and VND 1 billion respectively, Flora condominium products at the Akari City project, Mizuki Park (HCMC) are the most "easy to own" in the HCMC market, about VND 3 billion/unit;...

2. Sign strategic partnership with major banks to implement practical financial solutions for customers

Nam Long's projects have consistently received strong support from banks and financial partners due to their reputable brand, solid financial structure, and products that cater to genuine needs.

To make home ownership easier and alleviate financial pressure for buyers, Nam Long is actively expanding its collaboration with banks. They are designing innovative and flexible financial solutions to meet the diverse needs of customers. These solutions include extended payment schedules, stable interest rates, and streamlined loan approval procedures. During times of market fluctuations, Nam Long offers simple options such as grace periods for principal debt repayment and the possibility to extend the loan term.

In the case of the 1 billion EHome Southgate apartment, Nam Long has partnered with Vietinbank, Vietcombank, and BIDV to provide loan packages with preferential interest rates. Customers only need to pay 30% of the total value in 5 installments until they receive the house. The bank will then loan 65% of the product value, with disbursement starting from the 3rd installment. Customers will not be charged any interest until they receive the house. From the time of handover (Q4/2023) until the end of 2025, customers will only need to pay a fixed interest rate of 6% per year. The monthly payment for principal and interest will amount to VND 7 million.

EHome South Gate was developed by Nam Long and Japanese partner Nishi Nippon Railroad, providing residential solutions with prices starting from only VND 1 billion for a 50-m² unit

Nam Long has partnered with  Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV, ACB, HongLeong Bank for the Flora - Akari City project, of which apartments are priced from VND 3 billion. Customers are only required to pay 30% of the total price as an initial payment, which can be divided into several installments until they receive the house. The bank supports loans up to 65% of product value, fixed interest rate of 5% for 24 months.

In addition, these banks will also offer additional preferential interest rates from 0.2% -1% exclusively to  Nam Long customers.

At the same time, Nam Long commits to ensuring mutual benefits with banking partners through policies such as advising customers on choosing partnered banks, and providing fully accurate project legal documents. for banks to assess project legal risks,...

3. Increase amenities and maintain housing prices
