Izumi City is being developed into 9 sub-divisions. Of these, Izumi Gardenia is developed as a compound (gated community) with 275 commercial townhouses and garden townhouses that are now completed and welcoming residents. A rich and modern amenity system, including a clubhouse, outdoor sports area, swimming pool, and children's playground, has also been put into operation to serve residents.
Izumi Gardenia has completed home handovers and is currently in the process of issuing ownership certificates to residents. A growing number of residents have begun moving in, gradually forming a vibrant and well-established community.
