Specialist, Project Legal

Responsible for tasks related to Land Law and Real Estate Project Law for the Company. Ensure that work is performed according to procedures and regulations and completed in line with set objectives.

• Execute professional files related to procedures for investment policy approval, investment approval, recognition of the investor, adjustment of investment approval/investment policy approval, investment registration certificate, adjustment of the investment registration certificate according to legal regulations and in line with the Company's direction.
• Execute professional files related to procedures for project transfer, partial project transfer according to legal regulations and in line with the Company's direction.
• Execute professional files related to procedures for approval of Planning, Design, Feasibility Study, construction permit application, handover/acceptance, and Certificate of Land Use Rights/Home Ownership for the Project.
• Provide legal advice and due diligence for social housing (NOXH) and commercial housing (NOTM) projects, ensuring compliance with legal regulations throughout the investment and project development process.
• Draft documents, reports, provide information, submit files, and work directly with State authorities related to the Legal work of the Company's projects.
• Support customer advisory work regarding legal regulations.
• Report on Legal progress as required by the Manager.
• Create lists and archive Legal files and documents related to the project.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Manager and the Board of General Directors.

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Law / Real Estate or related fields.
• At least 05 years of experience in a similar position.
• Priority given to those with experience in the Real Estate industry.

• Knowledge of laws related to Real Estate.
• Understanding of the Real Estate market and market price information for project areas.
• Knowledge of legal frameworks and state regulations in the Real Estate sector.
• Good negotiation/bargaining skills to achieve optimal cost advantages when dealing with contractors/consulting companies.
