Responsible for managing the operations of the township, including:
- Residential operations management.
- Peripheral operations management.
- Utilities and community activities management.
- Partnership relations (The investor, Management board/Self-management board, government agencies, contractors, etc.).
- Coordination for handover to the Management board/Self-management board and relevant authorities.
1. Operations management
- Develop operational plans, manage and monitor quality, and evaluate the performance of service providers at the project.
- Prepare plans and conduct inspections of the project before and after handover with relevant parties, ensuring operations, maintenance, and repairs are carried out on time, on schedule,
and with the required product quality.
- Oversee service activities, including service
management companies in apartments and residential areas, to ensure
high-quality after-sales services for customers.
- Participate in the selection and management of
service providers with appropriate capabilities and experience to ensure the
effective execution of residential projects.
- Manage common assets and investor-owned
properties, such as rental spaces, amenities, clubs, parking lots, etc.
- Implement and operate
Integrated smart city township, with security control services, technical
operations, and resident apps, to enhance convenience and service quality.
2. Customer service and community management
- Achieve customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty through high-quality services.
- Ensure seamless access to external township services, daily living needs, as well as local government resources regarding security and public administrative services.
- Organize meetings and conferences with residents and establish the Management board/Self-management board to hand over the project to the community in accordance with legal regulations.
- Develop a plan to address potential project issues that may pose risks of media crises impacting the reputation of the township and Nam Long Group (NLG).
3. Budgeting and control
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and actual expenses to ensure cost efficiency for the company and its projects.
- Create a comprehensive plan for cash flow related to management of operations, repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of the entire township for both short-term and long-term sustainability.
- Develop and execute staffing plans and operational budgets for projects and township after their handover and commencement of operations.
4. Management of related stakeholders
- Collaborate with other Divisions/Departments within NLG to meet processes and standards aligned with the group’s strategic direction.
- Draft and execute DMA general contractor
agreements with Investors,
ensure proper execution of contracts, and secure full payment for services
outlined in these contracts.
- Maintain and manage relationships with
residents, Management boards/Self-management boards, key partners, contractors, consultants,
and service providers.

Develop a pipeline of
potential service providers and relevant authorities.
5. Performs other duties as assigned
Background / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields.
- Have at least 7 years of experience in township operations management, residential buildings, or real estate projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth understanding of legal regulations related to the operation and management of township, residential buildings, and asset management.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in implementing Smart City solutions and managing residential communities.
- Proficient in English.
