In this year’s ranking, Nam Long was honored in two categories: E – Sustainable Resource Management and S – Leading Social Integration (Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion). The evaluation was conducted by a panel consisting of representatives from HSBC Vietnam, PwC Vietnam, Schneider Electric Vietnam, The Institute for Circular Economy Development, Talentnet, and Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine.

This award adds to Nam Long’s milestones in the first half of 2026: maintaining its position in the Top 2 Most Reputable Real Estate Developers for four consecutive years and the Top 50 Reputable and Efficient Public Companies in 2026, announced by Vietnam Report; ranking among the Top 10 Green Vietnam ESG Enterprises 2026 – Real Estate Sector, announced by Viet Research in collaboration with the Finance and Investment Newspaper (Ministry of Finance); and having three of its projects recognized at the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards…

“As investors and customers demand shift, sustainable development is no longer optional but a market requirement that cannot be overlooked,” said Mr. Lucas Loh, CEO of Nam Long Group.

Nam Long’s sustainability framework focuses on long-term value creation through meeting real housing demand, ensuring legal compliance, and balancing interests between the business, the community, and the environment. Nam Long is integrating ESG into its business strategy across three pillars: Environment – protecting the environment and developing urban areas in harmony with nature; Social – creating living environments and valuable products for communities; and Governance – conducting business responsibly.

Regarding Environment, Nam Long focuses on the sustainable and efficient use of resources, optimizing energy, water, and materials throughout the project lifecycle. Its developments are designed according to green building standards to reduce emissions, optimize energy efficiency, and improve residents’ well-being.

In April 2026, the Solaria Rise residential precinct within the Waterpoint integrated township was awarded the EDGE green building certification by IFC (World Bank Group) for 4 residential towers, recording 22% energy savings, 27% water savings, and 33% reduction in embodied energy in materials. This certification reflects Nam Long’s sustainability planning from the initial stages of design, master planning, land bank development, resettlement implementation through to landscape transformation…

On the green spaces front, as of 2025, Nam Long maintained 6.75 hectares of nurseries (in Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City), planted 13,507 new trees, and managed approximately 22,000 mature trees. The green coverage across its operational townships reached 36%. Besides, natural canals and retention lakes are integrated into the infrastructure to manage water flow and absorption. For instance, the 26-hectare Mizuki Park has a construction density of 29%, with 10.3 hectares dedicated to greenery and water, preserving the natural Rach Lao (20 meters) and Rach Ngang (60 meters) canals alongside a 1.7-hectare internal canal system. Controlling construction density and expanding permeable surfaces has effectively minimized surface concretization, improved the microclimate, regulated natural flows, and enhanced sustainable property values.

Regarding Society, the Group realized the dream of homeownership for more than 31,000 families. In 2025, Nam Long successfully handed over 1,119 social housing (EHomeS) and affordable housing (EHome) products. At the same time, the Group continues to develop integrated modern townships in satellite areas such as Izumi City (Dong Nai), meeting the needs of Live – Work – Learn – Play – Shop, contributing to urban population decentralisation and improving living quality for residents.

The residential community within Nam Long’s integrated townships remain vibrant with various activities such as Sports Day, Green Day, and cultural events… attracting about 52,700 participants in 2025, contributing to internal cohesion and local community connection. The annual scholarship programme “Swing for Dreams” has also been maintained for 16 years and awarded 1,800 scholarships (as of 2025), creating opportunities for students to study and contribute to the community. Nam Long also focuses on ensuring safety conditions for both customers and workers with more than 600 safety inspections each year, with no serious workplace accidents reported.

Regarding Governance, the Group continues to strengthen its operational structure through the implementation of enterprise resource planning (Deloitte), enterprise risk management framework (PwC), and the finalisation of human resources and benefits policies with Mercer consulting… In the context of a highly volatile market, Nam Long still maintains a sustainable growth rate, bringing long-term value to shareholders and contributing positively to the state budget. In 2025, Nam Long recorded sales of VND 11,855 billion, consolidated revenue of VND 5,645 billion, and net profit after tax of VND 701 billion, while maintaining a safe and healthy capital structure.

Nam Long’s development journey is shaped by a commitment to long-term cooperation, including the milestone of an 11-year sustainable joint venture with Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi-Nippon Railroad, bringing many successful projects and significantly contributing to the Group’s growth. Simultaneously, Tokyu Corporation’s participation in the Izumi City project continues to affirm the strength of international cooperation, enhancing Nam Long’s capacity for development, infrastructure integration, and urban operation. These strategic relationships affirm Nam Long’s prestige in the market. At the same time, the partners have helped Nam Long enhance immense value in terms of capital, brand, management systems, corporate governance, professionalism, relationships, training, and other positive factors contributing to its success.
