Brand value validated by international standards

Brand Finance is a UK-based brand valuation and strategy consultancy operating in over 25 countries. Using the Brand Strength Index (BSI) and evaluation methods that comply with ISO 10668/20671 standards, Brand Finance calculates brand value to enable direct comparisons across different markets, sectors, and companies.

According to Brand Finance, a brand’s valuation is driven by its Brand Strength Index (BSI), which is based on three core factors:

  • Brand Investment: Corporate investment dedicated to building, developing, and maintaining the brand.
  • Brand Equity: Brand perception, reflected through market influence, awareness, reputation, and the trust of customers and investors.
  • Brand Performance: Financial and business efficiency.

Under Brand Finance’s valuation model, real estate brands rely on specific sector metrics. Factors such as developer reputation, project legal status, construction progress, handover quality, customer trust retention, and revenue prospects… contribute significantly to overall brand strength and value.
