Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Quang, Chairman of Nam Long Group, was honored with the title “Real Estate Personality of the Year” at the 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, part of the esteemed PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series, which has a 20-year legacy.
PropertyGuru – Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company – has officially announced the list of individuals and organizations recognized for their outstanding achievements in Vietnam’s real estate industry this year.
The 2025 awards celebrate 70 categories, honoring developers who have created exemplary “live–work–grow” spaces that reflect the best of Vietnam’s real estate landscape.
At this year’s event, Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Quang, Chairman of Nam Long Group, was honored with the title “Real Estate Personality of the Year.” Mr. Quang impressed the editorial board with his pioneering efforts in promoting the development of affordable housing and creating livable urban communities for thousands of Vietnamese families.
