August 19, 2025, the Township and Residential Development Division of Nam Long Group (HOSE: NLG) has officially commenced construction of Trellia Cove, the final compound subdivision within the 26-hectare Mizuki Park integrated township, developed by Nam Long, Hankyu Hanshin Properties, and Nishi Nippon Railroad.
Trellia Cove marks the next milestone in the development of Mizuki Park, offering a total area of over 8,000 square meters. The project covers over 8,000 square meters and comprises three 20-storey blocks, offering more than 800 two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 54 to 170 square meters, along with 24 terraced townhouse units.

Strategically located at the end of Mizuki Park’s main axis, Trellia Cove looks like an ‘urban oasis’, with one side facing the central canal and the other embracing the natural flow of the Ba Lao creek.
As the last compound subdivision of Mizuki Park, the project features multi-layered security, high privacy, and a comprehensive system of internal amenities, including a 3,500 sqm riverside park, golf practice area, outdoor gym, yoga and fitness zones, swimming pool, children’s playground, BBQ garden, family picnic area, and a clubhouse with multifunctional sports courts and event space.
Newtecons serves as the main contractor, handling all construction works, including foundation, structure, finishing, MEP, infrastructure, and landscaping. The project also collaborates with a network of renowned domestic and international consultants such as Belt Collins (landscape design), FQM (project supervision), NQH Architects (concept design), Nagecco (MEP), TTT (interior design), and Social Light (lighting design).

The groundbreaking of Trellia Cove holds strategic significance in completing the overall planning of Mizuki Park – one of the most prominent integrated townships in southern Ho Chi Minh City. After more than seven years of development, Mizuki Park has evolved into a lively residential community, home to over 4,000 families, and offers a wide range of urban amenities, including a central park, Japanese island, riverside plaza and marina, event park, supermarket, F&B outlets, pharmacies, and more.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Uchida Yusuke, Deputy General Director of Hankyu Hanshin Properties Vietnam, stated: “Mizuki Park represents a pioneering milestone in the integrated urban development journey of the Nam Long – Hankyu Hanshin – Nishi Nippon Railroad partnership. We are proud that Mizuki Park has become a desirable living destination for thousands of families. Building on this foundation, we believe Trellia Cove will be a distinct product, meeting the increasing lifestyle demands of modern residents, and further expanding the legacy of our Vietnam–Japan joint venture to deliver high-quality, comfortable living spaces to Vietnamese customers.”
On behalf of the main contractor, a Newtecons representative shared: “We are honored to be entrusted with the construction of Trellia Cove – the final compound subdivision within Mizuki Park township. Newtecons is committed to delivering the project with the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeline, ensuring a premium and sustainable living environment for future residents.”
With a gated compound model, emotional architectural design, a rare dual waterfront location, and increasingly complete infrastructure, Trellia Cove is expected to elevate the real estate value of the entire township. It also offers a rare opportunity to own inner-city property in Ho Chi Minh City, within an established and highly livable integrated township.
To support homebuyers in accessing Mizuki Park products and other Nam Long developments, the developer has launched the “Easy Pay” program in partnership with leading banks, including Vietcombank, VietinBank, BIDV, ACB, OCB, and Hong Leong Bank. The program provides loan terms of up to 40 years, with interest and principal grace periods of up to 36 months, fixed interest rates for up to 5 years, and flexible repayment options, including principal repayment starting from just 1% of the loan per year, significantly easing financial pressure for home buyers.
