On March 26, 2025, at the Capital Tower, headquarters of Nam Long (HOSE: NLG), a signing ceremony was conducted to establish strategic partnership agreements with reputable suppliers of construction materials and equipment. This annual event aims to standardize construction practices and enhance project development standards, ensuring consistent quality as preparations begin for the simultaneous development of large-scale integrated townships.

Under these agreements, each supplier group will align with Nam Long’s diverse product lines, which encompass EHome/EHomeS apartments, Flora condominiums, Valora townhouses and villas, high-end villas and mansions within the integrated townships, and various commercial real estate projects. These partnerships will ensure the quality of the materials across all Nam Long developments.
