Nam Long also introduced special sales policies for customers and Waterpoint’s distribution network, emphasizing value-sharing and mutual benefits for investors, agencies, and homebuyers.

“We are always ready to work alongside our agency network to deliver high-quality products and attractive investment opportunities, setting new standards in real estate development and business. Our goal is to contribute to sustainable and healthy market growth,” shared Mr. Bùi Quý Trung, Director of Sales & Marketing at Nam Long Land, Nam Long Group’s residential and township development division.

In recent years, the western region, particularly Long An, has been gaining momentum on the investment map, driven by significant infrastructure developments and increasing interest from large enterprises. Key national infrastructure projects such as the Bến Lức – Long Thành Expressway, Ring Road 3, and the expansion of the HCMC – Trung Lương – Mỹ Thuận Expressway are all being prioritized for completion by 2025-2026. These initiatives are expected to boost socio-economic development and enhance interregional connectivity, paving the way for a thriving satellite real estate market.

“With completed infrastructure, industrial and logistics developments, and a prime location bordering Ho Chi Minh City, Long An is emerging as the next focal point. Between 2025 and 2030, supply in the Long An market is expected to increase significantly, with major developers launching diverse projects, shaping a dynamic and high-potential real estate landscape. Projects with favorable locations, strong connectivity, and and well-planned amenities and infrastructure will lead the satellite real estate wave,” analyzed Mr. Đinh Minh Tuấn, Southern Regional Director of Batdongsan.com.vn, at the event.

According to Mr. Tuấn, infrastructure improvements slated for 2025-2026 could drive real estate prices up by 10-15% annually in surrounding areas.

Waterpoint – a 355-hectare mega township with seamless interregional connectivity

Located at the heart of key infrastructure connections, Waterpoint enjoys direct access to the HCMC – Trung Lương – Mỹ Thuận Expressway, near intersections with Ring Road 4, Bến Lức – Long Thành Expressway, and Ring Road 3. This strategic positioning places Waterpoint at the forefront of infrastructure-driven growth. Waterpoint is the first sustainable riverside large-scale township in western Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Nam Long in the early 2000s. This long-term development gives it a significant edge in existing infrastructure, complete amenities, and a well-planned ecological environment, offering high-quality living spaces to the market.

Spanning 355 hectares, Waterpoint is a key project in Nam Long‘s strategy to expand into premium and luxury real estate, reinforcing the vision of becoming an integrated real estate group. The developer plans to introduce new low-rise and high-rise developments alongside The Aqua Villas, Park Village, and other luxury residential offerings. Additionally, Nam Long is strengthening collaborations with leading healthcare, education, retail, and F&B service providers, further solidifying Waterpoint as a fully “all-in-one” township and a standout destination in western Ho Chi Minh City.
