On the morning of March 5, 2025, Nam Long Investment Corporation (HoSE: NLG) and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) officially signed a strategic partnership agreement. This cooperation aims to maximize the strengths of both parties in business operations and deliver outstanding real estate solutions to homebuyers. VietinBank is the first banking partner with whom Nam Long has entered a comprehensive strategic partnership, marking the beginning of the Group’s upcoming key collaborations with Vietnam’s leading banks.
Under the agreement, VietinBank will act as a strategic partner accompanying Nam Long in the project development; offering financial solutions, project financing, contractor guarantee funding, investment advisory, finance services from capital management to project-specific cash flow management, close collaboration with sales agents to provide preferential financial services to Nam Long’s customers, and financial consultation tailored to different project phases, ultimately supporting Nam Long’s long-term development strategy.
Both parties will also leverage each other’s platforms to enhance brand visibility and create sustainable corporate value. This partnership is expected to contribute to the overall sustainable and prosperous growth of the broader community.
