These communications may include notifications regarding appointments to receive handovers at unfamiliar locations, notices that the project handover timeline has been delayed, and offers of compensation in the form of resort vouchers or invitations to participate in customer appreciation programs.
These actions constitute BRAND IMPERSONATION WITH FRAUDULENT INTENT.
Nam Long affirms that we DO NOT ENGAGE IN and DO NOT COORDINATE with our ‘Trading floor’ partners to organize any activities mentioned above. All business operations, construction activities, and the handover schedule for Phase 2 of Akari City and our other projects are progressing according to schedule. All projects’ information is regularly updated on the official channels of Nam Long and the project itself.
