Three projects by Nam Long Group were consecutively named in major categories at the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards.
Accordingly, the Waterpoint integrated township (Ben Luc, Tay Ninh) was honored among the Top 10 most livable township projects in Vietnam; Mizuki Park (HCMC) was one of the Top 10 most exemplary sustainable development projects in Vietnam; and Izumi City (Dong Nai) made it to the Top 10 most potential commercial housing projects in Vietnam.
The event, organized by the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA) under the direction and sponsorship of the Ministry of Construction, took place in Hanoi on June 2, 2026. It aims to honor enterprises and projects contributing to the development of the real estate market, while appreciating urban development models oriented toward living quality and sustainable values.
The awards recognize Nam Long Group’s efforts in its journey of developing integrated modern townships according to international standards.
Three Nam Long’s projects, including Waterpoint, Mizuki Park, and Izumi City, were honored in prestigious categories
“This recognition applies not only to each individual project but also to Nam Long Group’s long-term commitment to the integrated modern township model, which places the real housing needs of residents at the center,” said Mr. Le Phuoc Thanh, Project Development Director, Nam Long Group.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh emphasized that innovation, green development, community responsibility, and sustainability are the current benchmarks that the Vietnamese real estate market needs to aim for in the next phase of growth.
The three awarded projects were developed by Nam Long Group under the integrated modern township model. This overarching approach is intended to build a competitive advantage as the market increasingly prioritizes real housing demand, living environment quality, and sustainability.
Nam Long focuses on establishing complete living ecosystems that incorporate green spaces, amenities, education, healthcare, and connected resident communities.
Located to the west of the Greater Ho Chi Minh City area, the Top 10 most livable township projects in Vietnam, Waterpoint, covers 355 hectares and is master-planned with a living environment that balances nature and modern amenities. The project is embraced by 5.8 km of the Vam Co Dong River, combined with an 8 km internal canal network. This design supports rainwater absorption and mitigates the urban heat island effect, naturally regulating the microclimate to provide fresh air for residents. Waterpoint maintains a construction density of just 23%, dedicating 95 hectares to green areas, water surfaces, parklands, and open spaces. Combined with tree-lined jogging and cycling paths, it encourages residents to engage in physical activities and social interaction. Waterpoint is gradually forming a sustainable resident community bound together by a green and modern lifestyle.

Meanwhile, the Top 10 most exemplary sustainable development projects in Vietnam, Mizuki Park, benefits from a long-term development orientation that focuses on green spaces, infrastructure, and living quality for residents. The 26-hectare township dedicates more than 70% of its area to parks, green spaces, and urban facilities. The project preserves the original state of the natural canal system, such as the 20-meter-wide Rach Lao and the 60-meter-wide Rach Ngang, combined with green belts along both banks to protect the natural ecological corridor. This helps Mizuki have a close connection between the natural canal system and man-made canals, playing an important role in regulating the flow. At the same time, this water system helps protect biodiversity, moderate the local microclimate, and enhance the landscape value, bringing an ecological, fresh living quality to residents.
Additionally, Mizuki Park applies the integrated modern township model with 4 foundations: synchronized connectivity infrastructure; mixed-use planning with destination-creating programs; application of advanced technology; and smart operation management. The project fully meets 5 essential needs: Live – Learn – Work – Play – Shop, building a happy and sustainable resident community with more than 4,000 families.

Top 10 most potential commercial housing projects in Vietnam, Izumi City, possesses a strategic location, a large scale of up to 170 hectares, and synchronous investment from the beginning. Located at the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh city, the project is the epicentre of the Dong Nai riverside urban axis – an area expected to benefit directly from the development process of Dong Nai city in the coming period. The accelerating infrastructure network, including Long Thanh International Airport, Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway, Ben Luc – Long Thanh expressway, Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, and the Thu Thiem – Long Thanh metro line, also helps the project become a confluence of key trade routes, as well as leading economic, industrial, and educational centres in the region.

At the same time, a 1.6 km canal system directly connecting with the Dong Nai and Ben Go rivers also contributes to enhancing hydrological connectivity and regulating the natural flow for the project. Izumi City converges all elements to bring both residential value and long-term investment potential.
