The signing ceremony was witnessed by the Consulate General of Vietnam in Sydney (Australia) and representatives of Long An Provincial Party Committee.

Signing ceremony of strategic partnership between Nam Long Group, Conybeare Morrison (CM+), and WhiteCorp.

At the ceremony, Nam Long signed a MOU with CM+ and WhiteCorp, which have taken on the role of design consulting and smart city development. Under the agreement, CM+ will spearhead design consulting for Waterpoint and Izumi City projects (commercial name of Dong Nai Waterfront project)  while WhiteCorp will be in charge of smart city consulting for Izumi City.

The 170-ha Izumi City township has an expensive riverside location next to Dong Nai river

The 355-ha Waterpoint (Long An) with a total investment of VND 15 trillion for Phase 1 (165ha) and the 170-ha Izumi City (Dong Nai) with a total investment of VND 21 trillion are Nam Long’s first major integrated township projects, serving housing demand of thousands of families, according to the principles of sustainability in 3 aspects: economy, society and environment.

With its strategy to develop integrated townships, not only creating a quality living space, Nam Long also aims to solve the problem of population expansion in Ho Chi Minh City, and at the same time create more job opportunities, contributing to local socio-economic development. To do this, Nam Long chooses to cooperate with highly qualified and experienced international urban development consulting companies.

Indeed, the success of the Waterpoint integrated township model and the partnership with CM+ has proven Nam Long's long-term vision and right direction.

Waterpoint township is developed based on a standardized model with modern but nature-friendly and human oriented design.

“Over 30 years of operation, Nam Long brand is associated with affordable housing products. In the coming years, we will expand the market segment and ecosystem, thriving to be an integrated real estate corporation. Focusing on customers, Nam Long's integrated townships are developed to thoroughly serve the 5 basic needs, i.e. living, entertaining, learning, working and shopping based on 4 solid foundations: advanced technology application; synchronous infrastructure; intelligent operation management; building cohesion through planning and destinations activities”, said Nguyen Xuan Quang, Chairman of Nam Long Group.

The partnership with CM+ and WhiteCorp is an important foundation for Nam Long Group to continue creating modern, international-standard integrated townships, bringing a better living quality to Vietnamese people, accompanying national urban development strategy.
