[March 22, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City] Newtecons and the Investors, Nam Long, Nishi Nippon Railroad and Hankyu Hanshin Properties solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony of the apartment project Flora Panorama as part of the 26-ha Mizuki Park Integrated township. This project marks a successful partnership of leading enterprises in the industry. Among the guests are representatives from the Investors, Supervision Consultant, General Contractor, Subcontractor, Supplier, etc.
Representatives from the Investors, the general contractor, the project management unit and the supervision consultant participated in the Groundbreaking ritual.
Mizuki Park township is one of the important projects of the leading real estate developer in Vietnam, Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company and two famous Japanese companies Nishi Nippon Railroad and Hankyu Hanshin Properties. The cluster of 3 apartment blocks with more than 400 Flora+ detached apartments in phase 3 is part of the Mizuki Park township project that Newtecons takes part alongside Nam Long as General Contractors, Artelia and FQM as construction managers and supervision consultants.

Flora Panorama apartments belong to Nam Long's Flora+ product line, which targets the international mid-end standards with worthy improvements in architectural design and finishing materials. The Flora Panorama apartment complex consists of 3 blocks with more than 400 apartments located on the Commercial Corridor, next to million-dollar riverside villa complex The Mizuki and directly connected to the Marina Square. In addition to local facilities, the complex also inherits all the township’s facilities such as a 1.7-ha wide canal, 1.5-km jogging trail, 1.3-km long bicycle lane, 103,000-m2 park, 8,700-m2 event square, 40,000-m2 educational institution, 15,000-m2 commercial area, 7,500-m2 healthcare facility, 5,000-m2 administrative and cultural area. The project is developed by leading local and international companies in the Real Estate and Construction industry namely Conybeare Morrison CM+ (Australia – planning design), CPG (Singapore – landscape design), Aurecon (Australian – planning design), CPG (Singapore – landscape design) Australia – infrastructure design consultant), Yellowstone Consultants (Australia – infrastructure design consultant), Belt Collins (USA – landscape consultant), Rankine & Hill (Singapore – structural consultant), Newtecons (General contractor) construction).
Newtecons undertakes the construction of foundation structure, tunnel, body structure, finishing, MEP system and landscape infrastructure. The project will be executed in 16 months and is expected to complete in the Q3/2023.
Overview of Mizuki Park project
Newtecons previously won the bid and is accelerating the construction of MP6-7-8 in Mizuki Park township. Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8 are cleverly designed in a zigzag pattern to maximize the open space of the apartments, bringing nature and air into the living space. Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8 has been completed on schedule and handed over on time despite Covid-19 lockdown.
