Nam Long Group (NLG) named among the Top 10 Most reputable Real Estate developers for the 7th time in a row

Vietnam Report recently announced the Top 10 Most reputable real estate developers in 2022. With outstanding efforts in 2021, Nam Long Group continues to stand alongside the large enterprises in the real estate industry such as Vinhomes, Novaland, etc. in the Top 10 most reputable real estate developers in 2022.

This is the 7th consecutive time that Nam Long is honored in the Top 10 Most reputable Real Estate developers. This is the best evidence of Nam Long’s sustainable development and encouragement for the group to break through and rise to the top in the residential real estate sector in the coming years.

The Top 10 Most reputable real estate developers in 2022 are evaluated and ranked by Vietnam Report based on 3 main criteria: 1. Financial capacity shown in the latest financial statements; 2. Media credibility assessed using the Media Coding method (encoding articles about the company on influential media channels); 3. Stakeholders' survey conducted in February and March - 2022.

The Vietnam Report's customer survey also pointed out that the reputation of the business in the media is one of the top 3 factors driving customers to choose a company's products and services in the real estate industry. In particular, customers tend to focus more on the company's continuous research and development of new products, green real estate for different types of customers, and CSR activities.

According to Vietnam Report's evaluation, Nam Long Group has achieved high results, proving the company’s reputation in the real estate industry. In 2021, Nam Long’s revenue totaled VND 5,206 billion, 2.3 times higher than in 2020, and profit after tax reached VND 1,478 billion. Nam Long’s existing projects are integrated townships with synchronous infrastructure development and full facilities, creating a natural living environment including the 355-ha Waterpoint in Ben Luc, Long An; the 26-ha Mizuki Park in Binh Chanh, the 8.5-ha Akari City in Binh Tan, HCMC; the 170-ha Izumi City in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai; the  43.8ha Nam Long Can Tho, etc. Since the beginning of the year, Nam Long has also recorded a total of VND 6,000 billion in presales.

Nam Long is also very active in R&D and has launched to market a diversified portfolio includes affordable apartment EHome, condominium Flora, Flora+, Valora townhouses and villas, and luxury villas and mansions in compound areas. In 2021, NLG shares broke record for growth rate and gave Nam Long a pass to the "billion-dollar club" on the stock exchange.

With 681ha of land in strategic locations, Nam Long also established sustainable partnerships with international corporations, typically two Japanese partners, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad. This contributes to keeping Nam Long's financial strong, and allows the company to earn more experience in real estate sector and township development. Recently, Nam Long also received an investment of VND 1,000 billion (equivalent to USD 44 million) from IFC (under the World Bank) for Watepoint phase 2 in Long An through the bonds issued.

Nam Long is considered as one of the pioneers in township development, with outstanding advantages including 30 years of developing township from A to Z, in addition to enthusiastic and professional employees, and advisory from leading experts in Vietnam. Currently, Nam Long has a solid system of 20 subsidiaries structured and linked tightly to create a value-added eco-system within the township to provide residents the benefits of all-in-one facilities.

From now to 2030, Nam Long targets transformation to accelerate growth, from an affordable real estate investor to an integrated township developer with projects of hundreds of hectares in size, located in key economic regions and accompanying the expansion strategy of major cities.

In April, Nam Long was also listed among the Top 10 ASEAN Strong Brands 2022 (Asean Brands Awards) organized annually by the Vietnam Business Research and Development Center in collaboration with international organizations in Southeast Asian countries (Singapore, Myanmar, Vietnam, etc.)
