BCI Asia: Nam Long (HOSE: NLG) named among top 10 developers 2021 in Vietnam

With a series of simultaneous projects deployed, including Mizuki Park (26 hectares), Waterpoint phase 1 (165 hectares), Akari (8.5 hectares), Nam Long II- Can Tho (43 hectares), etc. Nam Long Group was named among the Top 10 Developers 2021 in Vietnam at one of the prestigious international awards - BCI Awards. This is remarkable as the construction and real estate industry is facing many difficulties during the past two years due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to the organizer, BCI Awards’s Top 10 Developers and Top 10 Architects are evaluated and recognised based on the total value of construction and installation of on-going projects in 2021, with additional points given to projects certified "Green and Sustainable". The project portfolio of the leading developers in 2021 has an approximate total value of USD 2.42 billion.

In the last 3 years, Nam Long has sold more than 5,300 apartments and villas to the market, with a value of VND 14,500 billion, an extremely impressive figure. Notably, following this outstanding result, NLG's share price surged to the highest in history, giving Nam Long entry to the billion-dollar business club on the stock market in 2021.
