Vietnam Report JSC has officially announced the Top 10 Reputable Real Estate Investors - Building Contractors - Building Materials Companies in 2018. Nam Long is ranked number 1 on the list and also evaluated as having strong financial strength.
In 2017, Nam Long gained a net revenue of VND 3,161 billion, up by 24.8%; after tax profit of the parent company is VND535 billion, up 55% y / y. With this positive result, in 2018, Nam Long plans to increase sales and profit after tax by 50% compared with 2017 and officially entered new market in Hai Phong and Hanoi. In particular, in 2018, Nam Long will launch a part of the Long An Watepoint project with an area of over 335ha.
