Together make housing affordable again: Nam Long introduces more than 500 EHome Southgate apartments at VND 1 billion

Nam Long has launched an impressive campaign titled "Together make housing affordable again" as it enters the fourth quarter of 2023. With a series of practical solutions, the company aims to restore the true value of real estate and make homes more accessible to everyone.

One of the key highlights of this campaign is the EHome product line, which plays a crucial role in Nam Long's efforts. As part of the campaign, more than 500 apartments at the EHome Southgate project, priced from VND 1 billion per unit, are ready to be introduced to the market.

Own a house with initial investment of only VND 200 million

EHome Southgate is situated in the Southgate subdivision, Waterpoint gateway, benefiting from a 355-hectare township with an international standard living environment. It offers convenient inter-regional connectivity, located just over 30 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City along the HCM - Trung Luong City Expressway. The project covers 4.5 hectares and comprises seven 12-storey apartment blocks, providing nearly 1,400 apartments to the market. Phase 1 and 2 have already been handed over, welcoming numerous families to settle down. Construction on the remaining three blocks of phase 3 commenced in mid-October.

Targeting customers with an average monthly income of VND 15 million who aspire to own a home, EHome Southgate offers apartments starting from only VND 1 billion for a 50m2 unit – an incredibly attractive price in the current market. To enhance affordability and ease of ownership, investors have designed flexible and suitable financial solutions.

Currently, customers purchasing EHome Southgate apartments only need to pay 30% of the total price divided into five installments until receiving the house. Strategic partnered banks such as Vietcombank, Vietinbank, and BIDV offer loans of up to 65% of the property value, supporting disbursement from the third payment onwards without interest before receiving the house. This means that customers only need an initial equity capital of VND 200 million to purchase a house. After receiving the house until the end of 2025, customers will enjoy a fixed interest rate of 6% per year. The total amount of principal and interest paid by customers is only VND 7 million per month, equivalent to the cost of renting a house.

In addition to collaborating with banks to provide preferential interest rate loan packages, Nam Long is actively partnering with reputable and professional furniture suppliers. This collaboration aims to offer exclusive incentives and reduce financial pressure for customers from the time of purchase until they move in and enjoy a comfortable living space within Nam Long's townships.

Footprints on the journey of creating products for the community

EHome Southgate represents the fifth project in the EHome line – a product line that Nam Long has dedicated itself to developing based on three main criteria: environmental sustainability, investment economy, and efficiency in use. Since the launch of the first EHome project in 2008, Nam Long has fulfilled the dreams of over 5,000 households in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas such as Binh Duong and Long An. EHome Southgate marks a significant milestone as it is the first project in the EHome line to involve Japanese partner Nishi Nippon Railroad. The partnership signifies not only an interest in the project but also an appreciation for Nam Long's potential in product development and business models. Both companies share a common vision and mission of creating a living environment and valuable products for the community.

The success of the EHome product line and specifically EHome Southgate is proof that making affordable housing is not a matter of making it cheap, but it is also a strategy to accompany home buyers, those with real housing needs and contributing to the balanced and sustainable development of the real estate market.

While the cost is not high, EHome Southgate residents still enjoy a living environment built on international standards

In order to provide high-quality products at affordable prices, Nam Long has extensively researched and adopted the "affordable housing" development model from various countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines. One of the remarkable achievements of Nam Long is the EHome projects, where residents enjoy an exceptional living environment despite the affordable pricing. Take EHome Southgate  as an example, an apartment complex located in the MR1 - Vam Co Dong Southgate New Township. With prices starting at around VND 20 million/m2, residents can experience a comfortable lifestyle with the availability of two apartments. Moreover, the utility layer of the 355ha Waterpoint township adds further value to Nam Long's projects, including the completed internal amenities and outstanding facilities, such as an 8km cycling path, jogging track, and a 3ha Country Club sports and event complex.

Looking ahead, Nam Long remains committed to meeting market demands by expanding their land fund and developing more affordable housing products, prioritizing resources to ensure accessibility to housing for people. By perfecting their business unit models and optimizing the real estate value chain, Nam Long ensures reasonable prices and cost efficiency in every step of the process.
