A decade of steadfast collaboration in shaping Modern Townships in Vietnam
Ho Chi Minh City, May 10, 2025 – Nam Long proudly marks a milestone commemorating the 10th anniversary of strategic partnership with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation and Nishi-Nippon Railroad (Nishitetsu). This meaningful event highlights a decade of effective collaboration in residential and infrastructure development in Vietnam.
From 2015 to now, the joint venture between Nam Long and the two Japanese partners has developed 9 real estate projects with a total development scale of over 400 hectares, delivering more than 20,000 housing units to the market. Each project is a proud milestone in the journey of crafting vibrant urban communities, including:
