Nam Long Group has been honored by Vietnam Report in the Top 50 prestigious and effective public companies (VIX50) in 2026. This marks the fifth time Nam Long has made this ranking, recognizing its steadfast pursuit of the “real value real estate” philosophy.
Nam Long was honored at the VIX50 announcement ceremony in Hanoi.
Published annually since 2021, the VIX50 ranking is based on Vietnam Report’s independent research and evaluation conducted in accordance with international standards, advised by domestic and international experts. The VIX50 celebrates enterprises with robust financial fundamentals, superior governance, and sustainable business operations. It also highlights industry pioneers driving market growth and enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese businesses amid economic transformation.
The ranking was filtered from four distinct lists comprising Vietnam’s 100 largest public companies, assessed across four key metrics: revenue, net profit, total assets, and market capitalization. From this pool, Vietnam Report selected the top 50 based on two primary criteria: financial capability reflected in the latest financial statements, and media reputation measured via the Media Coding method. Additionally, growth prospects, competitiveness, governance quality, and market position were considered to provide a comprehensive evaluation of enterprise performance.
For Nam Long, this recognition marks another milestone in its 34-year journey following the “real value real estate” philosophy – developing products that meet genuine housing demand, delivering on progress, quality, legal compliance, and creating sustainable value for buyers, investors, shareholders, and partners. This philosophy is reflected across its integrated townships and developments, including Waterpoint (Tay Ninh), Izumi City (Dong Nai), Mizuki Park, and Akari City (Ho Chi Minh City), etc., where residents’ five essential needs are fully met: Live – Work – Learn – Play – and Shop.
