Announce the new Board of Directors, defining the “Fostering momentum for growth” strategy

In 2026, Vietnam’s macroeconomic outlook remains positive; infrastructure investment is strong, urbanization is accelerating, and demand for sustainable housing is growing. The real estate market in 2026 is expected to enter a new growth cycle characterized by greater caution and sustainability. In this context, Nam Long has set a clear focus for 2026: “Fostering the momentum for growth” to concentrate on execution, consolidating foundations, and optimizing operational efficiency with greater discipline and standards.

Shareholders are voting in favor

Nam Long aims for 2026 sales of 23,460 billion VND, consolidated revenue of 7,630 billion VND (up 35% from 2025), and net profit attributable to parent company shareholders of 720 billion VND (up 3% from 2025). To achieve these goals, Nam Long is focusing on several key strategic directions:

  • Executing key projects: Focusing resources to accelerate progress and unlock supply at existing integrated townships, meeting real market demand.
  • Optimizing the financial platform: Continuing strict financial discipline and tightening relationships with strategic partners to ensure sufficient funding for land development and selective M&A activities.
  • Elevating the ecosystem: Transitioning from a pure housing developer to an integrated township developer, focusing on Placemaking to increase asset value for residents and investors.

Shareholders vote for the new term BOD

At the same time, consolidating the Board of Directors for the 2026–2031 term is a critical step toward realizing strategic objectives. The new leadership team is built on the principle of combining deep local experience with an international governance mindset to enhance governance capacity in the new development cycle.

  • Local expertise: Founders and experts with in-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese market and legal landscape continue to provide guidance, ensuring stability and preserving the Group’s core values.
  • Global vision: The participation of new members from major international organizations and experts in finance and urban development from the USA, the UK, Singapore and Malaysia brings global-standard governance capabilities. This serves as the foundation for Nam Long to access foreign capital, apply modern operating models, and improve operational transparency in accordance with international practices.

BOD members of the new term

With a solid foundation from 2025’s achievement and the new BOD’s guidance, Nam Long is ready for the next phase of development with a focus on stable and sustainable growth, realizing the 2030 vision of becoming the leading and innovative integrated real estate group of Vietnam and the region, while upholding its mission of “Together, we create living environments and valuable products for communities.”
