Nam Long Investment Corporation, formerly recognized as Nam Long Construction Company Limited, was founded in 1992 with the desire of offering its will and power, together with other companies’, to meet the society’s demand of construction. Its devotion bricks up a state-of-the-art Vietnam’s architecture of tradition engraved aestheticism.

From 1992 to 1997: Nam Long Construction LLC operated in the field of designing and executing the civil and industrial construction. 1997 witnessed and marked the company’s first participation in the investment into the development of new towns’ infrastructure in accordance with the city’s urbanization and investors’ requirement. This was the time with the Nam Long House trademark to be born, made its debut in the market. The residential area projects developed by Nam Long increased from few hecta to several dozen hecta in scale.

From 1999, Nam Long has made significant steps forward to a higher level of business operation. Series of residential quarters, branded by “Nam Long House”, were introduced to the market and remarkably fulfilled the citizens’ need of accommodation.

Nam Long expanded the business of property investment and development to other provinces such as Binh Duong, Can Tho, Long An, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Da Nang, etc. Projects’ average size was dozens of hectares each.

In 2004, Nam Long professionalized itself as re-organized. The business mechanism would be initially conducted as a consortium and later a group.
In December 27th, 2005: Nam Long Construction LLC was officially changed to Nam Long Investment public corporation in conformity with the ruling 4103004194 issued by the Ho Chi Minh department of planning and investment. The corporation’s charter capital was raised 78 times larger than the original one, to 55 million VND. In May 2007, Nam Long officially adopted a new gain of charter capital to 200 million VND.

The corporation possesses employees who are dedicated and professional and a consultancy teamed by industry leading experts in Vietnam’s real estate development. Enlarged Nam Long owns a system of 14 fellow subsidiaries and member companies. The corporation provides investment and development services of bona immobilization.

In Septembe 2008, Nam Long officially raised its charter capital to 271 million VND. The participation of Nam Viet (100% of capital owned by GS) and ASPL (Ireka), which are two key shareholders, highlighted Nam Long’s powerful integration and spectacular growth in the new era.
